At the Kinrise development in Birmingham, HCIP delivered a series of high-quality internal works in collaboration with Overbury Central as Main Contractor. Completed in 2023, the project demanded precision and coordination to meet the bespoke design requirements of this modern commercial space.

Our works encompassed complex bespoke joinery, perimeter bulkheads, partitions, wall linings, and MF ceilings. Each aspect was executed to the highest standard, with careful attention to alignment, detailing, and finish to ensure a consistent and cohesive result throughout.
