James Graham Building, Leeds Beckett University

In early 2025, HCIP partnered with Lodestone as Principal Contractor to deliver a series of internal works at the James Graham Building on the Leeds Beckett University campus. The project required a careful approach, as the team worked within a heritage environment where maintaining the building’s character was essential.

Our works included the installation of ceiling grids, partitions, and beam encasements, along with comprehensive fire stopping to both new and existing walls. Working sensitively around heritage features demanded precision and adaptability, ensuring all modern interventions complemented the existing architecture while meeting current safety and performance standards.
