HCIP partnered with Lodestone as Principal Contractor to deliver a high-quality internal fit-out within a warehouse facility in Harrogate during 2024. The project brought together functional design and precision craftsmanship to improve both the usability and visual appeal of the space.

The scope covered a range of works, including the installation of partitions, MF ceilings, suspended ceiling grids, and a bespoke ceiling grid raft feature. A shaftwall was also constructed around a skylight to allow natural light to spread throughout the building, brightening the internal environment. Alongside these installations, HCIP completed comprehensive fire stopping to internal and external walls and added detailed joinery elements such as skirtings.

Showcasing the team’s versatility and technical expertise, this project highlights HCIP’s ability to deliver coordinated, high-quality results within industrial and commercial environments. Close collaboration with Lodestone ensured a seamless delivery that met all performance, safety, and aesthetic expectations.
